The New Moon in Libra brings a gentle reminder to seek balance not only in our outer world, but within ourselves.
To notice where we are giving, where we are receiving, and what relationships, energies, and intentions we are choosing to carry into the next phase.
Join us for an evening of movement, breath, meditation & sound, a sacred pause to soften, release, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that already know the way.
Expect to be gently guided through meditation and breathwork by Samantha, while surrendering into the healing sounds and vibrations of a beautiful sound journey led by Anna Rose.
