Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Tour The Gym?

Yes. We offer private tours daily.

If you would like to see Athletex you can schedule a tour where we will walk you through the gym, explain memberships, and answer any questions.

Simply fill out the Contact Us Form and one our staff members will reach out to schedule your visit.

Do you Offer Day Passes?

Yes we offer single day, multi-day punch passes, as well as short term memberships from 1week to 3 months. Rates can be found on our membership page

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes we allow members to freeze their membership. ALL freezes will start on the next bill date and can be from 1 - 6 months. The fee is $5/mth

Please note that we do require a 7 Day notice ahead of your next bill date to freeze your membership. If your request is received inside that 7 Day period we will do our best to accommodate your request, but can't guarantee that your membership will be frozen prior to your bill date.

How do I cancel my membership?

The easiest way to cancel your membership is via the member app under the profile section. Additionally requests can be made via email to Athletex Customer Service

Please note that request to cancel need to be done via the app or in writing. No requests can be made via phone.

ALL memberships do require a 30-Day notice to cancel

How do I get ahold of someone at the gym?

Because our staff fulfills a multitude of different responsibilities, the easiest way to contact us is via email Athletex Customer Service and we will respond as quickly as we can to your request

Do you accept SilverSneakers or Renew Active

Yes, we do accept members of this program as long as the membership number they provide allows access to this club.  Please note that when you come in you will need to provide your unique membership number. Our staff will only be able to confirm access to our location, they will not be able to find your unique number.  If you have questions please contact your Health Insurance company and they will be able to assist you with this prior to coming into the club

Do you have a sauna?

Yes we have both a men's dry sauna and a women's dry sauna. However there is no steam room.

What equipment do you have?

We are a fully outfitted Health Club with rooms dedicated to Upper Body, Lower Body (Pin Select & Plate Loaded), Full Free-weight Area with DB's from 5lbs-120lbs, 2 Deadlifting Platforms, 3 squat racks, Multiple Bench Presses (Flat x 2, Incline, & Decline), Full Cardio Area with StairMasters, Treadmills, Woodway Curved Deck Treadmills, Row Machines, Bikes, etc

What are your Hours?

We open Monday at 5am and are open 24hrs a day until Friday at 9pm. Weekends we are 7am to 7pm. If we are open we are staffed and can handle your membership needs!
