Join Satsang for a unique morning of movement, music, and connection. This immersive yoga experience will begin with an uplifting Vinyasa practice, flowing with live acoustic guitar as Satsang creates an intimate musical backdrop for your movement and breath.

As the practice unfolds, the pace will gradually slow and transition into a deeply restorative Yin practice, inviting you to release tension, settle inward, and reconnect with your breath. We’ll close with an extended Shavasana, allowing the music and stillness to bring the experience to a peaceful finish.
